USPS Rate Change 2009

EFFECTIVE JANUARY 18TH, 2009

What are the changes? Prices for Express Mail, Priority Mail, Parcel Select, Parcel Return Service, Global Express Guaranteed, Express Mail International, Priority Mail International, and M-Bags increased. All other rates including First Class mail will increase May 11th, 2009.
